Absolutely disgusting and appalling customer service and behaviour!! A family friend visited the store and patiently waited for 10-15 minutes without being tended to. We could see workers there and tried to get their attention- after doing so a male came out yelling and screaming (not sure if it was the owner) at them, was in totally disbelief that someone could actually speak to a customer like. Whoever it was- you need to do better and treat people who bring you money with more respect. Plenty of other butchers around the area so I’ll definitely be boycotting your store and your disgusting attitude and behaviour!!!!!! 🤮

I have been buying my meat and poultry from Trinity Meats for over 4 years now and have always been provided with the best, top quality products and impeccable service. I highly recommend Trinity Meats as one of the best butchers I have ever tried. Their fillet steak is amazing! The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I have been the costumer of this shop for couple of years including my family members and friends. We like the quality of meat that we get from the shop and we did not have any issues with the workers too.
In this particular day, as usual I went to buy meat. We were only two customers in the shop my self and my fellow African man. We stood in the shop for quite a bit and waited to be served patiently, we can see some one moving inside the cold room through plastic transparent curtain. I just taped on the counter to get a bit of attention.
Unbelievably, a man ( looked like owner or manager?)came out from the side door which looked like an office yelling at me and saying you don’t bang the counter and he was fuming at me, and not even listening to me at all. I said to him, excuse me please,I did not bang at all, which I did not honestly. He could not listen to me except yelling at me and he said I make rules here not you.. if you don’t want you can go and buy some where elsewhere.. I will ask you to leave premises….oh my Lord he jus disrespected me and made me feel inhuman, I felt like crying, belittled.
The tall guy come out from inside to serve us at this time and I just said to him I just taped a little bit to get your attention in case you did not see us from inside.oh my goodness he also wanted to impress his boss and he said you should not tap at all, the other man who was in the shop
,with me said to him, we were waiting no one come out to serve us and you don’t have a bell here so she just taped the counter for attention.
This guy who is serving us said to us, when you got to petrol station there are ten 10 cars in-front of you and you wait there, so you have to wait here too.
I was so disgusted at this stage and just kept looking at the guy and asked him to sell the meat I wanted. He served both of us. We just left the shop so disgusted.
We were so disrespected, belittled, looked like racially motived.
I am sorry I don’t accept or any one to be treated this way at all. I am a responsible respectful professional woman who serve the public in this country.
The man looked like the owner who was looking at us from inside tinted window should have come out and serve the customer or go and call his workers from inside instead of coming out and yelling at me.He threatened me and said I will get you to leave the premises.
What have I done to get this kind of threat?
Just because I am black? And black people can be threatened any how? And spoken to the way they wanted ? And also not even given any chances to have say?This is no acceptable at all to any human being.
I think they need customer service training.They need to apologise in this review. I could have taken it further, but I am so trained to diffuse situations.

The best prices ever I worked with, it’s 10 years experience working with different suppliers in all around WA & Australia, to be honest, it’s cheapest with excellent quality of meats, sausages and all small goods.
My customers all are happy and enjoying their breakfast and meals.
An amazing owner, friendly, helpful and flexible.
