We hired 2 pushbikes from here to explore further afield around Esperance. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The bikes themselves were more than adequately geared to tackle some of the hills along the cycle paths of the Great Ocean Drive. The saddles were also very comfortable. Really good value to hire too. Highly recommended.

Bought a camping table worth $220 there. Took it back to my caravan and it did fit in my tunnel boot. Returned it to the store immediately with tags on it in the same condition and the man told me no refund only store credit! The store had very limited camping tables and nothing suited. I asked to see the store policy on returns… nothing! Not even a sign on the counter to say no refunds and nothing on the receipt! He told me with a big grin on his face… it’s consumer law! This is why people shop online and at the bigger brand stores now, returns no questions asked and half the price! Disappointing!

Dropped in to get a flat tyre fixed. We were greeted by the lovely owners wife who was very happy to assist. Owners hubby fixed the flat tyre and we purchased a few extra items we needed. Great shop very helpful owners, would highly recommend..

I had a puncture on my e-bike rear tyre on Saturday. I got a call within 30 minutes to say it was ready to collect and had been fitted with a thorn-proof tube. Excellent service and an excellent price! Highly recommended!

They will never refund no reason. And they didn’t have any sign of that in store or receipt . Even if you didn’t open the package, you have the receipt..
I spent over 1000$ in last 3month in their store.I bought a body board here today, Just passed 30minutes, When I back home I found it’s not a right size. I try to explain it. (I didn’t open the package and I keep the receipt. The receipt didn’t shows it can’t refund for no reason) But they don’t care about that. They just said NOOO. It let me feel very disappointed. I’ll never go to buy anything in there again in the future.
