The staff that provide customer service at kenard's higher in North Perth are probably the most helpful, considerate and professional.
Yesterday we had an accident at work and needed to get a trailer right at five o'clock. As they were shutting the gates and I pulled up, immediately Ervin, ran over and open the gates to let me in. Josh and the manager sorted out the paperwork for me in record time and in the 4 minutes it took to finalise the paperwork in the office, they had finished hooking up and testing the lights.
They all worked overtime and made sure that we were taken care of.
There is no way that they're being paid enough to provide top shelf service at the end of the day to a grumpy last minute customer, that was just renting a little trailer.
Clearly, the management has done a great job in choosing the staff and training them to be the best customer agents possible.
Thanks to all your staff and management and somebody please give them all a raise!

My usual point of contact is Leigh at North Freo branch. He’s a great people person and he introduced me to Ryan at North Perth. Ryan is an excellent branch manager. Both he and Leigh do a really great job at helping customers. I’ve been dealing with Kennards for more than 20 years and they just keep getting better at being my hire place of choice. Walked in urgently requiring a moving/refrigerator trolley. They had one available and the process was super quick and easy. Once I was done I had to just return the trolley no further paperwork was required

Very helpful guys, was planning to get a grinder for 24hrs but bought it back in 4hrs and they were accomodating and only charged me for the 4hrs.
They also help with the trailer assembly and assisted load the grinder on the back
Nice guys good service highly recommended
