Amazing customer service, beautiful interior and exceptional range of frames. Offered a beverage from their ‘bar’ as I discussed my preferences, WOW! Assessment and advice was great, no heavy sales push on the frames but these people are clearly passionate about their work and know quality. I have also previously taken frames in and the cut and fit of the glass was better than I could have hoped. On every level they exceeded expectations.

What a hidden find, the gentleman that greets you are all indeed welcoming, delightful, professional and friendly.

I walked in a few weekends ago, and because of the experience, I had to book an appointment. The unique quality glasses they had were just different, beautifully presented, and I was not disappointed, so I booked and purchased a French handmade beautifully designed glasses.. made by Nathalie Blanc.

Go check out the new shop it's bigger it's better and it has a bar !!

Great service first place have been were got a cup of tea.
The last few years have got glasss from other optometrist never have been quite right.
The one I got hear just what I wanted can see everything is in focus over the moon with glasses highly recommended Spex Design I won’t be going anywhere else.

I have been a client of Marjan and Yani and their mother Lena since they started in Mount Lawley at the original shop in, I think, 2006. (Yani was still at school!!!) I have never gone elsewhere, such is the level of care and service that these wonderful people have provided over the years. They continue to upgrade their diagnostic equipment to the latest available AND they know how to use it. Over the years their optometrist's have always been excellent. Nothing is too difficult for them. Parking is easy with ACROD bays available in the City OF Vincent parking area behind, with on street parking in Wasley street most of the time without charge. I utterly recommend them.

I’ve been getting my glasses here for a few years, and TBH never thought of writing a review.
Then i just got these new specs, and they’re awesome. They did say with all their latest hi tec stuff i’m going to be impressed. But OMG.
If i didn’t know i was wearing glass’s i wouldn’t even know. Absolutely nailed it.
They did say give them a call and let them know how i went with them.
But i thought this was a way of leaving that message and a well deserved 5 stars.
Great selection, amazing service and definitely the most hi tec equipment in Perth.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
The customer service I received at SpexDesign from every staff member that I dealt with was next level. From the moment I walked in to the final appointment to pick up my new glasses, the customer service and the time spent going through everything was brilliant! They are friendly, welcoming, very knowledgeable and they take the time to explain your eye needs and all options available. They genuinely care.

What a fabulous optometrist!!! A hidden gem that’s for sure. We very much enjoyed our whole experience both times we have been to the store. From the minute we entered, the customer service was exceptional from all team members, so lovely and kind. The fabulous Lauri took care of both my children and assisted us in purchasing the most practical glasses for their ages but also ones they felt comfortable and stylish in.
