Is a terrible company with Very very badly built floors Fully engineered by Their own engineers. With insufficient supports and peers which leaves entire living room and any large rooms floors bouncing like a trampoline. Leading to cracking gyprock around doorways throughout the entire house. And for over 12 months they have on around 7 occasions said they will have some one come out and check out the problems with the bouncing floors but no one has ever turned up. Nor has there been a phone call or email to explain why they have not came. They don't care about our house!! And they won't care about your house either once the job is done!!. NOT recommended to use this company for any kind of Structural flooring. Or if you want a company that fixes the problems they have engineered and created.

DO NOT USE STEEL FRAMES NOISEY THEY POP,BANG AND CREEK EVERY TIME THE SUN IS BLOCKED BY CLOUDS HUGE BANGING NOISE SOUNDS LIKE BRICKS BEING THROWN ON THE ROOF EVEN DURING THE NIGHT AS THE FRAME COOLS THE WALLS CREEK. THIS COMPANY HAS INVESTIGATED THE PROBLEM AND WONT FIX IT. PLEASE ASK YOUR BUILDER IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF TIMBER OR STEEL NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE STEEL.
