We recently bought a house with a Jetmaster gas heater which we couldn’t start. I called Andre on 4 separate occasions during the day in order to have him talk me through the various options to assist me to get the pilot light and then the heater operational.
Andre was amazing, patient, clear with his instructions and obviously knows his stuff. There was nothing in this for him, which makes his assistance all the more appreciated.
I have no hesitation in recommending this business to prospective customers, which we will be one day.

We have just had Fireplace Corner install a gas log fireplace into an existing wood fireplace. The staff at Fireplace Corner were fantastic as we went through what we were looking for, our options and space limitations with the existing fireplace. The installer came out and went went through everything with us and ensured the job was viable before any deposits were paid. Nothing was ever to hard - which is what we experienced at other heater businesses - If the heater dimensions didnt fit in the fireplace, they werent interested..
We cant recommend Fireplace Corner highly enough.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Great to deal with. The fitting of the fire by Craig and his Dad was so hassle free. I was kept informed throughout the process and asked about how I wanted the fireplace to look.
The fireplace looks great and everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend anyone to use this company, thank you for your great attitude and service

Great showroom allows a good look at the large range of appliances they have on hand. Staff was very helpful and happy to demonstrate the range.

Thank you Fireplace Corner for what I can only describe as 5 star service. The office staff were so great to deal with & the installers did a fantastic job & cleaned up once they were done.
We have since recommended you to friends who are anxiously awaiting their fire place install next week.
In this cut throats world it's not always easy to keep your customers 100% satisfied, but you guys really knocked it out of the park.
