I love Eagle Stone, a great spot for some rock climbing, relaxing, bird watching, and wildflowers.
The salt lake out here is the perfect backdrop for sunset or a beautiful foreground for a stunning sunrise.

Good campsite off the beaten track.

It is an easy drive into the open camp grounds. There were full sized vans in there, we took a camper and had no issues. A few little washouts, but easy to traverse.

There is next to no wood there, so make sure to bring your own.

Lovely hidden gem, with interesting rock formations and caves next to salt lake (dry when we visited). Campground relatively small however no one else was here when we visited. Make sure you're self sufficient if you're staying as there are no facilities. Well worth a look.

Awesome place. Easy enough climb up most of the rock ( for mature types ) & stunning views over lakes, bushland and farms.

Bit of a gem here. Lots of walk trails and a massive salt lake to explore. Free camping with a long-drop toilet.
