Awful Service!!! I bought just over $50 dollars of sausages for a Christmas Day BBQ on Monday 23rd Dec and on Wednesday evening they had gone off. (Having been kept in a fridge) After speaking to someone over the phone I got told to come in and speak to the owner. I explained they had gone off and were “smelly” so we couldn’t eat them - I asked for a refund or exchange as I didn’t need $50 worth of sausages and I was met with disgusting attitude from the owner. I wasn’t being unreasonable and having grown up on a farm myself, I am very aware of meat thats “gone foul”. I have never written a google review before but am speechless on how gross the owners attitude was.
As a regular local customer, it’s disappointing that he couldn’t just stop his rant and listen. It was simply one bad batch, but instead of acknowledging that, he argued his way out of it. Will not be using or recommending.

A rude owner who is not prepared to listen to a legitimate complaint made in person about incorrect information given over the phone regarding product availability. The product is good but not worth a 30 minute drive for such poor customer service .

Have always bought from this butcher his staff are pleasant the meat has always been good quality I had a BBQ today for someone going back to the US the comment on the porterhouse steak, Italian and jalapeno sausages was top class. Well done to the owner and staff.

Two weeks ago i bought the angus beef kebabs and the meat just melted in the mouth. So i bought 4 sticks yesterday and just cooked them and were full of gristle and tough to chew. So disappointed as i was looking forward to the same experience as the first time. Won't be going back when the quality changes week to week.

Purchased koftas and sausages. Close to inedible due to salt content. Returned to shop to advise possible problem with measurement tools. Didn't want to know. Never going back.
