Gus arranged everything I need for the new set up of my restaurant even before my arrival to Perth.
Until then we never even met in person. He even gave referrals to other needs of me as I am very new to WA and know no one here.

I googled some companies to help me set up my restaurant and after contacting few, came across Gus.

From the very first talk I was convinced that he is the guy for me to help build my restaurant even with my absence.

I was more than happy to arrive and see a complete restaurant ready for business.

i went to practical products a few times to get all equipment for my shop .

They said they will send me a quote and they never did.

Called in a few times to remind them about it , they said ,yeah the consultant will give me a call or send an email.
Never received anything .

Went to some other hospitality equipments warehouse and gave them business worth $24k

Moral of the story - Customers are priority . Peace!

My father was charged $70 each for Jasol detergent & rinse aid. I was quoted a third of the price by my usual supplier so called Practical Products to check price, I was quoted something much cheaper over the phone but when questioned what my father had paid they backtracked and said there was a price increase.
Will never purchase from here again!

Very disappointed at the level of customer service received from Practical Products..We googled companies online to purchase an ice maker machine for our business and saw that Practical Products had good reviews.
My Partner wanted to buy it online because it was much cheaper however I told him to buy it at the store so that if we had any issues with the machine they can help us. Paying extra for peace of mind was how i saw it.
Prior to purchasing the product the service was great the owner Greg was emailing us to see if we were still interested in buying and if we had any questions etc. Very friendly and responsive.
After we bought it 1.5 months later we had an issue with the machine. It wasn't producing enough ice. We called Practical Products and they said they have to organise someone to come out and have a look at it. Noone could give us any troubleshooting over the phone to see what was wrong with the machine. We didn't want to fiddle with the machine just in case we damage it which may eliminate the warranty therefore we did the right thing to call Practical Products. They arranged the service guy to come out and they had a look at it and said they had to change the settings of ice cubes therefore machine was not at fault therefore not covered by warranty. The job literally took less than 10 mins. A couple of weeks later we received an invoice of $275 for the 10 minute job. We contacted Practical Products and explained to them what had happened and that $275 for a 10 min job was a bit over the top and not fair and right. The owner Greg said any service and warranty is handled by their suppliers so they don't have any control of it. I emailed him back to say that wasn't right and fair and hence how can customers confidently purchase products from him knowing that you are just going to handball them to your suppliers to deal with any issues. We purchased the product from your company not from your suppliers. It's been over a month and I have not received an email response from him. He completely ignored my email. I thought that was very rude and very unprofessional. Funny how he was very friendly and responsive before we bought the item but once we had a problem didn't want to know about it. We are looking to purchasing more kitchen equipment to expand our business in the near future and Practical Products is definately off my list.

Response to the owner:
Practical Products and also your suppliers did not ask us any troubleshooting questions or even give any advice on contacting the qualified technician that installed the machine. Prior to purchasing the machine you advised that if we had any issues with the machine just call Practical Products and you will fix the problem and now you telling us should call the technician. When I called you guys, you immediately organised a service man to come out no questions asked and when they called they DID NOT ask any troubleshooting questions at all and NO the service job did not take one hour.. We were there and timed the service, literally 10mins. It is not professional to make up stories on this review site just to cover up your poor service. The right thing to do would be to investigate what really happened and contact the customers and try to resolve it in a fair and professional manner.
We are absolutely stunned by your response on here. I do not want to stress about how poor you guys have dealt with this and have moved on. I have never dealt with a company that has such poor after service before in my life. Very disappointing.

P.S I usually don't post reviews like this but I felt customers have have the right to know about how the after service is being dealt with at Practical Products. Maybe refer back to your emails Greg and you will see that you completely ignored my last email explaining to you it wasn't right and fair how we were being treated. That was very rude and unprofessional. Would have been nice for you to tell us before we bought the product that any problems with warranty and service is out of your control and being dealt with a Third Party.

Best customer service ,I have been dealing with Aldo for very long time and he is the best .
His knowledge always puts you in the right direction . He has been in the game for long time and he run restaurants before so he understands what it is involved in a commercial kitchen .

Practical products can get you anything you want from very much ,they are dealing with a wide range of brands from Australia and overseas .

Purchased the Goldstein Electric Fan forced oven with 8 burner cook top and custom box canopy.
Sales Manager, Nick made the initial call to survey the site and advised the best possible product for the canopy which was customised to fit into the space required.
Nick presented me with several options and i made the selection. He then returned with his team to survey the site again, noting potential obstacles.
The team returned within a few days with the items to install with Nick there to oversee the workmanship.
The team concluded the next day and left me with a flawless finish. Items installed with precision and care... Not a single speck of dust or left over 'Tradie Trash' to clean up.
The team were very respectable and professional... Thank you for your good work.
