Our dealings were always satisfactory, but one time we were sold a product of their own label which ruined a full batch of distilling and cost me a good 50-80$ but when I complained they didn't care and didn't offer any replacement, not even a discount. I still cannot get the bad smell and taste out of all my equipment. Pretty poor in my books. I've had to replace all the plastic equipment and most likely won't buy from them again. I had previously spent a good deal of money with them previously...goes to show how much I meant to them. FYI everything you sell is available through online stores for cheaper than you, so you are easily replaced.

Great customer service recently, when I had a period of being somewhat disabled. I was able to ring through my order and I was served in the car park outside the shop.Any time they are low on stock they will take your details and let you know when your order is in.

Friendly family business that will do their best to answer your questions regarding brew your own, to the best of their knowledge.

Recommend the wife regarding spirts, hubby for your beet queries.

Well stocked store where you can find most of your needs, be it beer kits, cider kits, spirit flavouring, yeasts, dextrose, full spirt kits & pretty much any other equipment required. If your requirements are unavailable, just ask to order.

They also have a great customer loyalty program building points on each purchase, to redeem at will providing much welcome price adjustments.

Ive used them on countless occasions and will continue to do so.
With the Michelle Freeway extensions it's nothing more than a short run to Joondalup whether you live north or south of the region, pay them a visit or just call first.
