Very disappointed in the whole experience with rcx production , my wife and I hired them for 14 hours , we only received the ceremony and reception video , which didn’t play on any tv brand . We never received the short film or morning preparation . So realistically we only received about 4 hours for our 14 hours . They will not return any phone calls or messages , I would strongly recommend not to use rcx production , because they expect full payment before job is completed and then run of with the money . If you have signed up with them all ready , good luck
