These guys are awesome. I’m in south west Australia and I’ve never had an issue. For the very rare dead on arrival post shipping, they refund, and have previously gone out of their way to ship me livestock that ordinarily isn’t available.

I recently did a big coral order and they included four extra large coral colony’s. I really can’t recommend them enough. And much cheaper than having to pay the customs duties each time I order from the east at $70 for every 15 minutes they take to check the shipment.

I recently purchased some coral packs from Ocean Reefs Marine Aquariums. Unfortunately, due to delivery delays (which weren’t their fault), a few corals didn’t survive. However, Chris promptly resolved the issue without any hesitation or argument. Their customer service was absolutely top-notch, and they turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a very positive one.

I’m incredibly happy with how everything was handled, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Amazing experience with Mario! Had some trouble with postage which resulted in my large coral order being DOA. I called Mario sent him photos of the corals and he gave me full store credit for what I had ordered and honoured the 15% of sale they had that at the time had finished. He was easy to deal with and I received my new coral shipment today - they are all alive and well! Thank you Mario for your excellent customer service

Amazing services. They work really well with reef doctor as well.
My tank have a leak and required quick delivery of water, staff are willing to help with friendly attitude. And deliver the water on the same day. Amazing derives in perth. Highly recommend and will continue using their service.

Just bought two flathead perch and got freight from Perth to Brisbane. Packing is excellent and the fish is awesome and definitely healthy, eating like a pig after one night resting! You can trust this store, especially on purchasing high end fish.

Horrible customer service from ROSE. The boys here have been helpful since setting up our salt water tank but unfortunately we had organised for a water delivery this morning at 9am CONFIRMED IN STORE OVER THE WEEKEND.

After taking time off work we were waiting around for the guys to come and no one had shown so we called the store asking what happened to which they said they did not 100% confirm the delivery even though we confirmed & booked in store.

Due to this we politely requested if we could find some sort of compensation for the lack of organisation and we were directed to ROSE. To which she said she can only offer an apology? 😂 and tried to direct blame at us because they couldn’t get in contact with us last week, WHICH IS WHY WE CAME IN TO THE STORE TO CONFIRM
IN PERSON.

Somebody give ROSE a pep talk & training session in how to deal with customer service as NO MATTER WHAT you DO NOT blame the customer in such an arrogant and rude matter. Unfortunately there is no other place we can get salt water delivery otherwise THANKS TO ROSE we would not be returning here. But thanks to all the boys there they’ve been great 🙂 this review is solely directed at who ever ROSE is 😂 first time ever dealing with her & hopefully the last.

Drove a 6.5hr round trip from Dunsborough to collect an online order, called the day before to check on everything and they said all good. When I arrived half my order was missing and the others had significant tail damage and infection with other dead fish in the tank.
No apologies or compensation for complete waste of time and fuel.
