Always love their beef tacos, very juicy and flavourful. It’s my go to every time I’m in there. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and very approves your request. I also love their vegan chicken. I haven’t tried anything else as I can’t help reordering same thing. Absolutely worthy.

My girlfriend and I really love this place but it’s a special occasion due to the cost of the food. Usually our burritos are great, full and worth the price. Today was different though, the male employee (the hunchback), acts as if the ingredients come out of HIS pay check and gives the smallest portions! My regular burrito ended up looking like a small but atleast he didn’t wrap it because when he has in the past it’s always fallen apart. All the employees are so lovely but this guy who’s very unfriendly and gives bad customer service seems to never improve despite working there for years.

Hola Mad Mex team! I swear everytime I come here I have the best burrito of my life! The servings are sometimes a bit skimpy, but always flavourful and delicious. I will also give a special mention to my favourite employee, who I see without fail every visit, not too sure of his name but he is an elderly man with black hair. He is very friendly and kind. Anyways, 10/10 do recommend 🙂

Made an order online for Uber eats, and tried to give them a call just to ask them if they could simply take out onion from our order (as my child will only eat it without the onion).
Didn’t answer the phone for 28 times and I’m not exaggerating. We even continued trying to call them even when the order was already completed, just to see why they couldn’t answer the phone and still nothing.

Now I’ve wasted money on ordering food my child won’t even eat because they couldn’t answer a phone call for one simple task.

Very disappointed in which seems to be zero customer service offered at this place and will not be ordering from here again.

The staff at this outlet are always friendly, work fast, awesome customer service. The food is always fresh, tasty and the staff don’t skimp on the amount of filling that goes on or in your meal.
