We bought a Ciara trundle bed from ComfortStyle Osborne Park. It was delivered on 09.01.2025. Unfortunately, it was not the style my son likes. We contacted the store and offered to pay for delivery fee back to the store as well as discount refund for the brand new trundle bed. The store advised that they don’t offer a change of mind refund. It was very disappointing.

ComfortStyle Osborne Park have provided exceptional service every time we've visited over the past ten years! Store Manager Ian is friendly, accommodating and makes us feel like nothing is too hard. Geoff will bend over backwards to ensure we are taken care of, and knows how to make things happen... squeezing down prices and making calls to ensure seamless transfer of goods and delivery. Despite the numerous bedding businesses along the main drag, we won't go anywhere else for our bedding needs; we cannot recommend this business and attentive team highly enough!

Have just dealt with Amelia and the repair team to rectify a minor problem with two sofas which we purchased last year and have been blown away by their excellent customer service.
