Great service. Purchased a camp chef gridiron and unfortunately a wrong part was in the box so I couldn’t assemble it. Went back the next morning and they gladly swapped the incorrect part over.
In the age of online shopping and waiting for delivery, it’s nice to be able to go back to the store with an issue and they sort it on the spot. Thanks!

Hello everyone dotmall has been in Balcatta for as long as I can remember and yes I assure that it name may of changed a few times and I think from a Local Guides point of view that this place has a point of intrest and it dose the owners there are as cosy as there demo show rooms, my favorite is the demo lounge at back that made me feel quite at home in the store and so we the owner's local known so let's help keep our community going by supporting great family business like this one they have so much in rang thanks #RandyVanPoecke for wonderful service. Dealt with the dotmall team a few times in the past but with my recent purchase of a camp chef woodwind pro I found the customer service amazing and even worked out a delivery time that accommodated to my fly in day.

Randy is incredibly helpful and happy to explain the why and wherefore of all of his stock. He's quite selective about what brands and models he'll sell. He won't try and sell you more than you actually need, and he'll be careful to steer you to a great option in your price range instead of towards some overkill model that has more features than you can sensibly use and afford.

They can be competitive on price and are comfortable to ‘make a deal’. However do your research regarding specs and models as there are differences in flues and heaters. Weather can cause problems when it comes to install, but so far result has been great and certainly makes the home feel toastie!!
