I have hesitated for a long time to write this review as I always assume the best of everyone and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Jared installed a solar power system for a competitive price on my home and to this day it is still working well and producing power, the install seems to be done professionally. I have no concern with the solar panels or inverter. However, he also installed a hot water solar boiler which was continuously losing communication with the inverter. The first time and maybe the second time it happened he fixed it but after then would not communicate despite multiple attempts via multiple methods. I had other electrical contractors re pair the boiler at my own cost as the manufacturer was not very helpful but it would lose connection again shortly after so it was a waste of money. The end result was around $2,500 in wasted costs on a non-working hot water solution which I completely replaced for another $4000 so in total $6,500 for a hot water solution which is pretty insane. Again the solar panels and inverter are still working fine but this has left me with no confidence that Northern Spark Solar will help me with any warranty issues moving forward and I'm pretty much on my own should it stop working.

Jared from Northern Spark Solar / Northern Spark Electrical Pty Ltd STOLE MY DEPOSIT for solar installation and did not perform the work, he has refused to repay the deposit even under court order. Jared has failed to communicate and has caused incredible distress and costs to try and get my money back. He is a disgrace and should not be working as a Tafe teacher with this blatant misconduct.
All customers should be aware- JARED DOES NOT HAVE AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS LICENCE to perform the solar installation work, so any installation work he performs on your property is illegal.

Northern Spark Solar installed a Solar Panel System for my pensioner Mum who lives down south. She’s had super low bills ever since and was so impressed with Jared’s professionalism both on the day and since completing the work. He even helped her hook up the wifi so she can monitor her Solar from her phone if she’s away! Would highly recommend Jared for your solar panel installation
