In store service at Joondalup was excellent, so knowledgeable and helpful for all the configurations to help me find a perfect couch for my awkward living area space. Delivery was earlier than expected by a few weeks. I am so happy with my couch. Would buy exact the same again.

I'm leaving this here as the first step in lodging a consumer protection complaint to DEMIRS because it is a requirement. Absolutely shady service. They took extra money when agreeing to remove a couch and ottoman while delivering a new couch. After accepting the money, they refused to remove the couch as previously agreed. Avoid this company at all costs, they're just thieves.

Bad quality- sagging chairs, noisy reclining lounges. Bought all our furnitures
for our brand new house. Did not expect that paying for expensive products will get defective items. Warning they will not refund you back!!!!!

Great craftsmanship on their products and excellent customer service. I had accidentally broken the sliding mechanism on a drawer and they personally delivered me a replacement part and made sure everything was correct. Very satisfied customer, thank you!!

Wonderful showroom. Ricardo was very friendly, informative and patience of a saint!
Bonus that stock available in what we wanted.
Sadly on the downside. They do not except cash for payment and will charge you extra to use your credit card. Plus have had issues with head office with their delivery notifications confirming what date it will arrive.
