There should be a negative number on here for this mob. Our fabricator has just received a heap of structural steel back from these guys and all brackets and cleats have been severely damaged. the rest looks like its been dragged around the carpark for a few hours removing large amounts of the galv. emails have been sent off advising of the situation and they just forward to the next person and then the next and then the next. not a single person replied with an apology or any form of reply. Bloody disgraceful.

Most Incompetent bunch of people ever dealt with. Ran over my job with a forklift and bent everything. Then they Lost my job, somebody collected it and took it away. Eventually sourced it and got it back. A 1 week turn around took months. Wouldn’t recommend this mob to anyone. It’s chaos inside this place.

Thanks to Mel, Kim, Marc, Danny and others. They are always there ready to pick up my phone calls and put things to motion. Very professional in dealing tight schedules and flexible with orders no matter big or small. 10/10 would deal with them for all our infrastructure projects.

Customer service is friendly and product is satisfactory, but they are completely opportunistic and seem comfortable gouging smaller operators.

Over double the per kilo price as Hartway. They charged me $185 for what would cost me $80 with their competition.

Thought I would try them out as it’s closer to my yard but I won’t be going back with prices like that.

Came here as a favour for my next door neighbor to pickup some steel. Have been waiting over an hour while 20+ employees run around like headless chooks.
