Bacon and eggs bread not even toasted. Knives so blunt can't even cut bread.
Ordered platter of gluten free Sandwiches.bread dry. Dry. Dry, Sandwiches kept breaking the up. Returned for refund.

Very disappointed in food.
Ordered a Reuben sandwich. It's supposed to be a corned beef sandwich, with fillings on toasted bread. It's most definitely not a toasted sandwich. Bread was dry, corned beef was dry and toasted on the edges & you can just imagine rocket, sauerkraut & a pickle after it's been in the sandwich press.
The strainer in the pot of tea was broken and squashed, the teapot itself looked like it needed a good wash. Wasn't impressed and certainly not $27 worth.

Service is always nice but the cooking & food assembly quality was sub-standard on 13/4 at 10:43. The young man in the kitchen was clearly disengaged & poorly trained. One of the poached eggs was totally disintegrated. The first Ham & Salad sandwich had stale bread, the replacement was just as bad; big clumps of ham, minute amounts of salad & dry bread, resulting in a partner walk out (partner regularly visits other Miss Mauds who make the sandwich well).

We won’t be going again until you can retrain your cook to NOT think he can get away with this sort of poor food preparation!

Miss Mauds is always a nice option for a meal, drink, cake or all of the above!
I love the chairs at the Whitfords shopping centre. Their chairs are great and comfortable!
The only thing I struggle with is the lack of vegetarian options I struggle to find something I can eat. Vegetarian, vegans or gluten sufferer's don't have a lot of options here, but their menu is still really nice!

And there's always the cakes and hot chocolate🍫 🫕

We have dined here quite a few times in the past month and must say how pleasant "all" the staff are. They are all unusually friendly and welcoming, and it's such a nice feeling to be valued. The brunch food we have enjoyed has been excellent, and the table arrangement isn't confining like many other nearby cafes. There is a sign at the entrance stating that supermarket trolleys are not permitted inside, and so there are extra tables adjacent for those that have them. That makes for such pleasant atmosphere inside without being surrounded by these big trolleys (that are in most instances empty, or contain one small handbag) such as in a nearby cafe where these trolleys are permitted and take up so much room and hassle many diners. The staff at this Miss Maud are extremely well trained, very pleasant, very respectful, and very kind.

My friend & I had afternoon tea today. The service was prompt & efficient. I had apple pie with cream. The pie was delicious. I have enjoyed the Earl Grey Tea & Apple Pie. Will return for future afternoon teas & bringing family members along.

Good varity on menu, we had 2 full breakfasts and the young one had chicken nuggets and chips, breakfast was a little too greasy but still finished it, staff were very professional, very busy so must be a popular place to eat
