From the Superstar office lady Stacey to the installers, heaps of questions were asked but I didnt know how to answer theyre too technical for me. But it didnt stop them, arrived at the booking, problem solving right away, digging team went all out to make this happen 🙏🙏🙏 . Highly recommended to everyone this “Customer First” business! Thanks heaps Nic and all that made the job come together. Its great to see old fashion service still exists... At a great price $$$ I highly recommend Sunline the pictures speak for themselves. Communication is the key today and most companies lack it in a BIG way. 2 out of 3 tradies on our alfresco pool and spa project got it right. Sunline on the Glass fence and other scopes of work carried out by Adam Barter (Outdoor Construction) thanks heaps to you both for making this happen.

Just had a Sunline inground blanket installed through our pool installer. We were not told by the pool company that the blanket box sizes are in increments of 500mm which made our 2.65m blanket come in a 3.5m box. The Sunline crew understood when I questioned it and didn't hesitate to trim it to the correct size to suit our pool. Great to deal with and took every opportunity to give us the best result! Would highly recommend!

Another update (24 January 2024): Sunline continues to impress me with its great customer service. Sunline has been in contact about the tightness of our pool cover in the roller box and has offered to install a new and slightly thinner cover free of charge!

Update January 2024: consider getting a larger diameter “underground blanket box” because as the pool cover gets older, it gets slightly thicker - ours can no longer roll up completely without putting undue stress on the roller mechanism.
Very pleased; recommend this company.
We bought a house with a pool and a Sunline in-the-ground roll away pool cover. The winder unfortunately broke but Sunline honoured the warranty it had with the previous owners of our home without hesitation. Moreover, the company, replaced the broken winder with an upgraded and superior version at no cost.
The reception staff and technician staff were all helpful and friendly.

Excellent experience from start to finish with Sunline installing our glass pool fencing. We got three different quotes and went with Sunline after they came recommended by a nearby neighbour and by one of the pool company landscapers. The quotation process was quick and efficient and they were punctual.
Installation went smoothly. No mess left behind. Very happy with the end product. Would recommend Sunline to friends and family.

A special thanks to the guys from Sunline Australia. There prices were unbeatable. I recon I have the best pool fence in the whole of Perth. What an amazing job. The workmanship is impeccable. I have had a lot of tradesmen at my house with all the renovations but none of them cleaned up after the job the way these guys did. A special thanks to Ernie “The Milkman” and of course a very special thanks to that little English man who has the very best English personality and who can make anyone’s day with his fantastic sense of humour. Martin you really did design us an amazing fence. Photos will follow within the next few weeks once the pool area has been completed. I would of given you guys a six star rating but there was only five to choose from.
