Would only go to this anaconda if you really have to the time it takes to get served is absolutely ridiculous every single time not enough checkouts and only two or three tills and barely ever them all bieng used. Usually just one untrained or slack person serving, purposely bieng as slow as possible. Just took me 20 minutes to get to the front of the line and there was only three people in front of me purchasing basic items. Total joke for a massive place full of customers. Good shop but the nightmare of how long it always takes to get served makes it a bad experience every time.

Brought my Scooter into be fixed,they had it over a month with no updates,went down to pick it up and it was in a terrible state,which I believe was not my Scooter. The customer care was appalling,staff including manager didn't really care and had no real answers for me. Have written to head office and got same response,not Interested.

Got a fishing rod and reel combo for my son didn’t last two weeks before the reel gives up, store manager approved the swap with a new rod and refused to supply a new receipt for the new rod and refused give me the receipt for the old Rod back either so now I have another bad rod with no receipt to protect me if something goes wrong very disappointed with the way I was treated specially when she said to one of the guys there just give him a new rod with no receipt it’s a cheap rod anyway! And it was a $120 rod after discount

Trying to find a staff member to help you is near impossible. Waited 25 minutes for someone to help me with the caravan air conditioners. There was one showing in stock and then waited another 15 minutes for them to come back and tell me that it was only a demo unit. Picked up a couple of other items to purchase and went to the front counter to pay. There was a huge line with no one at the counter serving. All the customers were getting very frustrated. Waited in that line for 30 minutes. Although the young man that finally came to help people called for assistance on multiple occasions, no one came to assist. Absolutely shocking customer service!

I was a rookie walking in and Ethan was so eager and happy to help me out. I rarely go fishing and I'm going with my daughter for the first time with her and he explained everything in a nutshell getting bait and rigs. Was thorough, to the point and in a way that I could understand. Give this man a raise!👏🏻 😁

The website says that your Joondalup Store opens at 9am today but the store was closed. I waited until 9.15am and several other people weren’t happy and walked away also. It would be helpful if you updated your opening times.

How rude and disrespectful was the guy at the til today. The young guy with the thick eyebrows, curly hair and blond. He laughed at me because I asked to pay in 2 separate transactions. That’s your job mate, serve customers. I will write a letter to the management, seriously that behavior was very discrimanotory. You should not allow this guys.

Absolute joke, I tried ringing this store for over an hour, no one picked up, so decided to go in no one was interested in serving, walked out and spent a decent amount at a competitors store, I will be letting everyone i know to not bother with store.
