In discussions prior to purchase we were not informed how long it would take before the furniture would be available for delivery. The invoice stated 12-14 weeks approx. In fact it will be over 20 weeks with delivery next week. If we had known we would have shopped elsewhere. Two Guardsman warranties of $299 and $199 were included in the invoice and we had to ask what the cost was for. In other words the warranty was not first offered to us as an option. Made us feel, on top of not made clear how many weeks to delivery, that there were shifty tactics by the salesperson. The warranties state that they apply for 5 years from date of purchase which is silly when we do not receive the furniture for 5 months. When we pointed this out we were told we could change the commencement date by contacting the warranty company when delivery received. It's a bit rich that we have to do this and not Lazyboy. It should be automatic. After the sale our inquiries about delivery were dealt with apologetically and pleasantly. We understand the shop staff could do nothing to speed it up.
If you do not warehouse more stock in Perth you are missing out on a lot of sales in my customer opinion. There is plenty of competition.

Person on the phone organising deliveries is cut dry and lacks any customer service, clearly zero customer awareness, empathy or care. We'll call them CJ.

Delivery came late outside of the prompted 1pm to 4pm time. No call to say they're running late, and when you follow up with them you get the same sand paper treatment. I even reassured that I'm not having a crack at them, and in the end CJ just washes it as well nothing i can do or say, so I said no worries I'll speak with the store and CJ's response is "Whatever".

La-Z-Boy prices for delivery service even deaf hackers in India could easily beat! Contracting company needs review.

Having had a dismal experience at a local specialist back shop, Yvonne's professionalism and friendly service is an absolute god-send! She was knowledgeable and patient, and my husband and I cannot be more confident with our purchases. We highly recommend the Myaree outlet 🙂
