Visited the Reece Myaree store today looking for something specific for my house. Nathan the young man that served me was able to enform me about the Rheem 26 hot water unit he was very knowledgeable about this product and was able to reaffirm my decision in buying. Wasn’t expecting to go in and out of store that quick was super easy and above all else he loaded it into the back of my ute for me. All respect for Nathan he represented your company well 👍

Wanted a small mixer part and the young girl really didn't care in the slightest. No personality either. Opposition store around the corner were helpful and told me that they loved the young girl at Reece because so many people come to them because she is hopeless.

A few weeks ago I came here to look for a little plastic part for my Bili water filter that broke. Special mention to Jodie who tried hunting for this part, scouring data bases in search of it, over a few days search/emails, transpired it was not available in Australia! But i really appreciated she didn’t forget me and tried her best. For that, 5 stars for effort and service.

Seriously, it is rare to find such amazing customer service than from the guys at Reece Plumbing in Myaree. Both experiences I had with online orders and returns were exceptional. Super friendly, helpful and efficient. Definitely 5 star!

I had a query today and although the gentleman offered to bring the part in, he also advised a different type of business that I could get the item from if I was in a rush (obviously not their core stock - my error). He even gave me the names of companies and explained in great detail where the closest store was. I found what I was looking for almost immediately. Very helpful and generous with his assistance. My only regret is that I did not get his name so I could thank him as part of my review.

I visited Reece Myaree store lunch time with an inquiry about a very uncommon part. One of the staff members, Alex, who was having his lunch, did not hesitate to leave his lunch and attend to my inquiry. He was very knowledgeable and most helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of him.

People are wonderful but some of the products are less so. $2000 bathroom vanity is made from chipboard and MDF. Possibly the worst materials to have in a wet area. What makes it worse is exposed edges to absorb water condensation and swell.
