Went in for new windscreen wiper blades. The person at the counter seemed to have an attitude before I even opened my mouth. Bought new wiper blades no problem only to be told that they did not or rather would not instal them. Have never been told this before and have always had them installed on site. Next time I’ll go to a different store or business.

After researching item prices prior, on arriving I was told they couldn’t honour the sale price that was advertised. They couldn’t override the system price and I was told to come back tomorrow 😂Totally ridiculous!
Staff were helpful and the issue was relating to online systems in eastern states. Bad business practice.. Lost my business and will never shop at Repco again.
Went straight to Super cheap auto and had it price matched instantly with no issues.

First class service by counter staff. She even helped me fit wiper blades outside shop which I thought was good old fashioned service above and beyond by todays standards… well done

Not the slightest hint of customer service here. I went in, the beeper went off as I did, and I started to look for what I wanted. There were no staff on the shop floor, but I did see 4 young guys out the back in the stores, easily within earshot of the beeper. As I was looking around, a second customer came in, the beeper went off again, and as before, no one came to the shop front. I left, having been unable to find what I was looking for, leaving the other customer alone at the front counter. I can't see this business lasting too much longer if none of the staff have any interest in interacting with customers, let alone selling anything.
Not only that, but had I been so inclined, I could have easily filled my pockets and walked out without paying and they would have been none the wiser.

The team here was very helpful when I could not find the item I wanted on the shelf. They also were able to tell me of a few other places to visit that would stock a few speciality parts that they did not sell.
