I could not be happier with the service we received at Ruby Bird.

I spoke to Daniel about having a couple of rings resized and he made the whole process so comfortable and easy.

Daniel is very transparent with pricing and provided a prompt service well within the deadline discussed.

What fantastic service and attention to detail. I sadly lost my stone out of my engagement ring and needed my rings to be upsized. Could not be happier with the new stone and sizing . I would highly recommend going to this jeweller.

When you do business with this man, make sure you have everything down in writing. He has charged my wife a fee for doing nothing and has threatened to call the police if she doesn’t return her own goods to him. What the hell is this guy about? I recommend you deal with another jeweller in this area!

This man has now accused my wife of stealing from him. All she took was the beads that she left him to get a quote. He might think his quote was reasonable but my wife didn’t think so and wanted her beads back. He had been paid $100 as a deposit which he would not repay. His cctv will show there was no gold stolen and there were only beads in his plastic bags. Why would he have gold filings in amongst her beads when he was prepared to hand them back if she signed some letter. I welcome him to file a police report and we also will seek legal advice on the accusation of stealing by my wife.
I am nearly 80 and this rude man called me a geriatric. That also will be mentioned to my legal advisor…who by the way is a a KC and retired Supreme Court Judge. Very close friend of mine from University days…..
