We usually buy everything we need from JB Hi Fi as there service and return policy is very good. Needing a new dishwasher for our rental we called in at Good guys O'connor when we were nearby just to get an idea.. Hoping not to get served by the same lady that served us once before giving us rubbish advice . Sure enough we went to dishwasher area and who should be there but this same lady.. Asking advice on brands etc. Then i asked how about the black friday sales.. Well.... How do i know? We dont get any information at all until the day... she carried on. So unfriendly and unhelpful. I just said yeah yeah lets get out of here.. What an old grumpy unhelpful cow... So after this encounter we went to JB HiFi Myaree. Went to Dishwasher area and was met by Damon a young enthusiastic and very helpful young guy. Went thru the options etc ..i then asked about the black friday sales. he said there would be definitely big discounts but couldnt say on which. He said come back thursdsy afternoon and they should have a good idea and he will be working. So yesterdsy arvo we went in and sure enough he showed us the machines we were looking at. All were very good discounts.. We decided on one that we saved $300.. Great help great service and friendly.. Will not ever go back to Good guys.. Why would any business owner employ someone like thst grumpy woman..

Prices are great during special offers. Staff has improved over the years, no push to get extended warranties at all; people working there show respect and great customer service. It’s a very safe place to get excellent advise when buying quality goods

Thought I'd lost my my laptop charger then it mysteriously turned up In the spare room. Because I kept the receipt and packaging they were good enough to give me a refund. Helpful, energetic friendly young staff.

Usually have solid advice here. I recently bought a loptop on sale and the service was good, a bit too much focus on upselling of software I didn’t require but otherwise relevant and knowledgeable …. Would recommend if you want to see and feel your purchase in person, before buying it.
