Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE MYINTEGRA AS YOUR PLAN MANAGERS! No-one knows what's going on. They take weeks to pay invoices and get back to you. I have put in many complaints, but a manager has never called me back. I now have Michael from the Retention Team who is supposed to be helping me but is causing me so much unnecessary stress practically every day that I can't cope anymore. My mental health is at an all-time low and it's all because of MyIntegra and their hopeless staff that have God complexes!
