Don't even bother calling the phone number about Security queries, it isn't answered by someone who can help. Typed this to save you all the time.

Phoned them today to ask a simple question regarding a contradiction on the Security License form vs the website about the requirement to present a First Aid certificate.

Waited on hold for 30 minutes to be told in a foreign accent that "Sorry, this is a call centre we can't answer that. You have to send an email" They also refused to put me through to the actual licensing centre and when I asked what they actually could do they told me "They could tell me when my license expired"
Cool, so they can tell me the information printed directly in bold on my tags and that i already have a letter explaining. Excellent.

Thanks so much for taking my time pointlessly.

I went there 9/7/24 around 1140, Jo w is the one helped me to process my license application.

She know I am first time, so she was so nice and friendly with patient.

She calm me down a lot, I was bit panic because there is so many documents need to hand over to her.

But she makes everything so smoothly, thank you Jo w.

Had to get a few different licenses done here I was expecting it to be painfull and drawn out but it was pretty straightforward and the staff are nicer then eexpected was a smooth process
