Mat at Protec Hearing set me up with custom moulded single driver earphones. As a motorcycle rider, with a very loud bike, my first ride using these custom moulded earphones was amazing. The sound from my coms system was very clear and only had the volume set at minimum compared to before at maximum. They are comfortable and the cable is a nice short length as well so it doesn't flap around whilst riding. Highly recommend these for any motorcycle rider out there. Mat is very professional and knowledgeable fitting these, and he's more than happy to answer all your queries. I highly recommend his service.

I have had two sets of custom earplugs with in-ear monitors made by Mat from Protec Hearing over the last 4 years.
An absolute game changer for motorcycle riding, in particular long distance riding. Cannot speak highly enough of the reduction in wind noise and wind fatigue. Absolute game changer.
The process is 30-45 minutes with Mat at the office, very informative conversation with Mat concerning frequency management over decibel reduction and how the technology surpasses known standards or myths associated with soft ears. Well worth the investment in your hearing and enjoyment of riding.

They patiently answered all my questions, alleviated any concerns, and ensured that I felt confident and empowered throughout the process, and from start to finish making the customs mould for my ears only took 20min or so to make and was super comfortable and relaxed

So if you work in fifo, Pilbara, gas mining. Tunnels, construction, or riding bikes to workinb in loud environments like conserts to music venue, nights club, pub etc

I highly recommended go see protect hearing , as you only got one set of ears look after them, can see in the photo how goods these fit as there for sleeping ear customs ear plugs and saw them few years back so they last a very long time when you take care of them. And big tip get your ear plugs redip from them too extra protection to last in the crazy environment we work in .

Should definitely call ahead. Honestly, the plugs have changed my riding amazingly! If you have a loud bike, and let's face it, we all love a loud braaap, then I highly recommend getting these plugs. You only have one chance at hearing, don't ruin it.
Fits amazingly with my helmet and super simple to use.
