We trusted Thinkwater Geraldton to install our retic, its storage tank and some rainwater tanks..Throughout they were careful & thoughtful but it was the aftercare where they have really stood out. Thank you Warren, Tyler and Team from Rob & Lucie, Waggrakine

My pensioner mother hired Think Water Geraldton to reset her retic before heading to Perth for two months during Christmas/ Summer. The worker didn't set the retic which was my mother's main request. When she returned home, her lawn was burnt to a crisp. Over the Christmas period my mother was busy helping my brother and his two kids, so didn't get the chance to check emails as frequently as she normally would. Upon returning home to Gero she noticed her toasted lawn that was green and lush before she left. She then received an aggressive call from the owner demanding his $110. My mother paid the $110 after that call, but don't ever intimidate old ladies like that mate. That's not cool and do a better job.
