I purchased an acrylic cover for my granddaughter’s sand pit. The service was excellent, the product was cut precisely to size, it was available within 3 hours, and the quote was considerably cheaper than other vendors.

Great experience from the first email to the finished product. They advised of a different way to do it which resulted in a better finish and a cheap price. It wasn't a big job either so it was especially appreciated. Highly recommended.

Useless, needed a simple job done. Went back twice to make sure they had what they need. Come back a week later and hadn’t been done because they didn’t even blather taking the measurements. Waist of time

Terrible service. From the minute I arrived I felt like I was an inconvenience. Once I determined the product I needed I was then confronted with staff apparently”winging “ because I wanted a piece of the material cut. I was firstly asked to come back after the weekend and when I explained that I had come from Byford the lady asked if I can come back in half an hour which I reluctantly agreed to however the staff out the back were not happy with this and she advised that they could not do the job. The lady gave me a flyer so I could rate my experience with them.I walked away shaking my head and will tell anyone and everyone of the poor customer service that I received.

Good price and excellent service. Would recommend. They cut a piece of 10 mm clear acrylic for me cheaper and faster than anyone else I contacted.

Have had a few custom plastic plates and brackets made up, very helpful, very knowledgeable and worked out easier ways for us to do the same job. Work was great, timely and easy. Had a problem with sizes on one that we got wrong.. they just cut us another one and had it ready for pickup same day! Def recommend.

AWESOME! Been using these guys for a couple of years and they rock! Michelle on reception is an absolute asset to this business and needs a pay rise. Prices are the best in Perth. Turn around is in days, not weeks. Finished products are spot on and i recommend and will use them again.
