Sadly, most of my family is buried here (my Aunty Shirley, my grandpa and grandma, my Uncle Ollie, my dad and his mum, my mum) There's more.....but I can't remember them all. This cemetery though is a nice cemetery that's located opposite the church and backs onto the bush and bush track (not sure if that track still exists or not). Me, my brothers and our friend used to ride along that track......at crazy speeds......60km/h crazy! At one point of the track, there was a fallen tree that only had the centre cut wide enough to fit your bike and hangers through! Yes......we'd scream through that gap, as we became obsessed with the track....knew every turn.....every corner! But yeah, I miss living in Lake Macquarie because biking was my thing and riding through the bush.....and also at times up the Watagan Forrest.....I miss.

Beautiful peaceful setting adjoining bushland with bell-birds calling. Well maintained and convenient. Has sections for both monumental- and lawn-style resting places. Lovely on-site chapel for family funerals.
