I bought a dishwasher 18 months ago. The customer service has been awful. The machine cost me $800. I know some people think 800 is not much! But for average Australians it is huge! The machine is broken and the support has been awful. Chasing a part and no one cares! Now forced to buy a new dishwasher because the machine smells and I cannot get the water out of the tank! Really disappointed that this piece of garbage did not even last 2 years! Will never buy Smeg again!

I contacted smeg only wanting to buy a part for my toaster. Even though the toaster was out of guarantee they replaced it.!!! The whole toaster.
