My friend accidentally bought the incorrect product for my pets while I was away. I went to the Begonia shop with the receipt and asked for an exchange (I had never bought anything here before). At the shop, no visible sign indicated "no exchange or return policy." Nevertheless, I could have happily accepted a polite "Sorry, we don't exchange products" or something along those lines. Instead, I got a very rude "Ï can't exchange this product because you could have added poison to it." What is this man insinuating? This comment was disrespectful and a lack of customer service. The same shop attendant (or owner?) also said the product couldn't be exchanged because it only came in a zip log package that was easy to open. Why does this shop sell products in unsealed packages in the first place? It is not the customer's fault; the product had a sticker with the price, product type, and weight. If he wanted to verify the weight, it was an easy task.
I was distraught and left the product with him because I didn't need it, and he happily took it; he said he would "dispose of it." Would he risk it if he had a genuine concern about poison in the product? It was the first time I went to Begonia's shop, and it will be the last. This man was disrespectful, rude, and loud and frightened my children.

These guys are amazing! 🌻

They always go above and beyond, always helping load and so friendly.

Last visit my day was running extremely late so I had rang beforehand and asked if they could have something ready for me.

I definitely expected to still have to go in/pay/collect but my gosh they were out the front ready waiting for me! Absolute legends! 🥹

From the first time I visited I loved this shop. Always greeted with cheer, smiles and friendly conversation and service. Wonderful Management and great feeling every visit. Helpful and friendly staff carry goods to car. How does it get any better?

Great place and very well priced. Every time you go your always well looked after. They have people hired specifically to bring big bags out to your car for you and it's always done in a timely manner. They've helped me save thousands of dollars, especially when it comes to my dogs allergies. Will forever be a customer here 🤗
