HILLBILLÉ delights

After discovering the wines from this small vineyard while dining at George Street Quarters in Fremantle, we managed to secure a couple of cases directly from the winemaker. Really wonderful profiles across the range and I highly recommend exploring this wine region - and this winery in particular.
