5 stars for the installers. Minus 2 for the phone service. Got a quote for a sliding door to replace a roller door. Had to get timing right with roller door removal and glass door installation, as inside was occupied by someone so roller door had to be removed morning of installation.
The woman I dealt with on the phone was so nice when I first told her about the dilemma. She said she would work with us no problem regarding the roller door removal and we discussed in depth. I was happy and paid my deposit.
Called 4 weeks later and attitude had totally changed! Got told her workers had to be on sites 8am blah blah blah.
I didn't say much as I was fuming.
She called the week before installation and I basically ended up screaming at her as she started asking why I couldn't get roller door removed the day before blah blah blah so I told her if I had known she was going to change her tune as soon as deposit was paid , I would never have gone with her.
She paused, gave a huge sigh, and told me the guys would be there at 9am. I said thank you, plenty of time for roller door removal, and hung up.
Very strained when I next spoke to her.
Shame as the installers and the installation were 100%! Door looks fantastic.
Maybe she needs to go on an Interpersonal Skills Course.

Of all the tradies we’ve had over the years, the Mundaring Glass team is a stand out for being absolutely faultless.
We had a huge job reglazing and replacing frames of half the house, and they gave us good advice and ideas to keep the budget under control while getting the outcome we wanted.
They were all lovely to deal with, friendly and easy to talk to, incredibly organised, diligent and on time. Best of all the quality of their work is extremely high. They even fixed up some glitches left by other tradespeople, ensuring everything was lined up perfectly.
So, so happy with the result and the whole process!

We approached Simon and the team at Mundaring Glass to install a new shower unit in our 70's home. Simon came up with a simple design to accommodate the challenges of the the shower and bath placement, as well as a taller unit for my height. The finished job looks wonderful and has really made this a much more useful bathroom and shower. Thank you very much.

They were able to come out the day I called enquiring about a quote for a shower screen. Said it would take 3-4 weeks to make and install, but it was ready to go and fitted in 12 days. They even apologised about the wait, when it was half of what I was initially told. Super happy with the screen and service, it looks amazing and is of top quality. 10/10 recommend.

I don't give 5 stars lightly! I'm so pleased with my experience with Mundaring Glass and Security. I was let down by another company at the last minute and only had a short amount of time to get a replacement window. I was quoted promptly and reasonably, and the very polite and professional window installer came to measure on site quickly. My new window was installed with care and looks fantastic. 100% old school business who care about their customers. If you have ever heard of a magician called Dynamo Mundaring Glass and Security have one called Simon.
We needed a large sliding window replaced which was completely off square, ,Simon measured it up I asked him if it was going to be huge deal and he replied 'not for us'
We had a custom frame made up and installed perfectly with efficiency, professionalism and a smile to boot (now I just need the rest of the house lined up ha ha )
