I have purchased multiple items from here through my work and outside of work. However I had to go in store to swap over some unneeded items as my emails were not being answered. Without naming names, there was verbal slander instantly as predecessors from my company had made returns before. Being my first time in store I was shocked at how I was being treated, multiple staff gave a “too hard” attitude. Really poor customer service and a very unprofessional approach towards customers.

Invoice does not state the full terms only contact/ see online, regardless even offering to pay a restocking fee on the items that were ex-stock was not well received.

My personal experience has been nothing but fantastic! 5 years ago they installed a $17,000 residential system which was the best decision. Now I have sold that property and have returned to WA Solar for my new property. WA Solar installed a $15000 solar system in my home in North Fremantle in August 2014. Recently it stopped working. I contacted the company, who advised they no longer provided maintenance for their installations.
I then approached another more reputable installer, who examined the system and found 8 major faults, some considered dangerous. I notified WA Solar, who refused to accept any responsibility for the shoddy work. Next I contacted Western Power, who examined the fault report and issued to me an immediate work order to rectify the faults. Western Power stated that, had the installation occurred within a 2 year period, they would have compelled WA Solar by law to make good the installation.
I have also lodged a complaint with the Clean Energy Council, of which WA Solar is a member.
I suggest consumers beware of any dealings with WA Solar.

I had a problem with my inverter whilst in Mount Magnet. I contacted W Solar Supplies and their technician walked me through possible fixes and when it became obvious that it needed more attention dispatched me a new unit in double quick time to allow our catering business to continue our work.
I’d have no hesitation at all in recommending them to you.

Rick at W A Solar has always gone to great lengths to explain things, work with me and so to supply products for my Off Grid System according to that which I need. I must of dealt with them off and on for ummm 20 or even 30 yesrs !!
