I received notification via the AusPost app that a parcel had arrived. When I went to collect it, it could not be found. I was told I must have collected it already, which I hadn't. When I explained that nobody in the household had collected it, he implied I was lying. Then said I was accusing him of stealing my parcel. I did no such thing. I just pointed out that no I did not have it, had not collected it, and that it must still be at the post office.
This has not been resolved some 6 weeks later.

I called in at the mundijong post office to pick up a expected parcel today. I had a notification parcel collection card. The worker behind counter looked at card and stated parcel had been collected month ago. I told him I had a notification via email. He said check my phone, I collected pH from my vehicle, returned to post office counter. Another customer entered post office. The worker then stated, "it will take time", I presume he meant searching for parcel. I told him I didn't have time. He then overlooked me and started serving the other customer. I was very annoyed with his poor Manner. If he had advised me if I minded waiting, or could I ring him later. I wouldn't have minded. It turned out I had made an arror reading email. If this individual had given me the chance to find email, listened to to what I had to say, admitting my error, there wouldn't have been an issue. By his overlooking me as a customer to serve the next customer, without my addressing my enquiry.to my satisfaction. Well I was cross. I left. Rang him 10 minutes later, stating if he'd finished speaking to me with. " Are you able to ring me back, while I sort issue out". " Or do U mind waiting a few minutes while I serve this new customer". I wouldn't have a problem. His manner over pH call was equally as poor. I'm Not impressed. Expect better from a service provider.
The customer service from our local Post Office has changed. Over the last few years.

Staff always service any customers with professional skill and peaceful manner. Majority people with aggressive or abusive behaviour never influenced this shop providing better service to the other customers.
