I was the first person in today for the end of year sales after missing out on some bargains last year.
I went straight to the item I wanted to buy as it was a one off only to be told a short while later it had sold online.
I had been told that one off items had to be bought in person!!
I have previously spent Tens of Thousands of dollars through Caterlink and been very happy with their service, unfortunately this has left a very sour impression.
It was not a significant amount of money but as far as I'm concerned it has affected my belief in their integrity.
Raf the salesman was great but the two managers he reached out to said they couldn't do anything about it.
