Can,t comment on the quality of service for this venue, last time I was in Karratha it didn't exist, I am sure it serves a need for the community, but I feel compelled to say "It is the UGLIEST building I have ever seen" from the photos I have seen of it.

Clean and tidy every visit. Although the chairs in the cinema are not overly comfortable if your movie is over 90 minutes take a cushion with you. All the amenities are well positioned, and well looked after.

Karratha has recently gained a state-of-the-art venue for culture, functions and community events.

It’s a captivating building, in tune with the geology, history and physical contours of the landscape, and in 2018 the project received the Master Builders Bankwest Excellence in Construction award.

There’s a cutting edge public library, an auditorium holding 478, two sleek foyer spaces which can put on exhibitions of Aboriginal art and two smaller studio theatres.

For large-scale events you’ve got the amphitheatre beside the main building and with a capacity of 2,000, and then there’s the spectacular “Shelf” a rooftop terrace with sensational views over Karratha

Stopped by Karratha one night on the same night as a bushfire relief concert in February. Surprisingly great music, crowd, and venue at Red Earth! Had a wonderful time. Check it out!

I visited this arts center to give the library papers of Historical value. The center is very large and includes a very large art center, a comprehensive library, a movie theater and performing arts theater . It is near new and very clean and tidy. The entrance allows access to disabled people there being no difficult steps or barriers to negotiate.
It is an impressive place. Also the parking area is large so parking very easy. The precinct is also very near a shopping center so very convenient. A great place to spend some time in.
