Fantastic hoist I have a 4 poster and 2 poster and will definitely buy again and also have the oil change system great to deal with and great prices (pics of the 2 poster first time use is of my mums blue car and the other same car but been painted pink getting a fuel pump)

Recently purchased a 2 Post Hoist from the team at AAQ, and I couldn't be happier. Great quality hoist at a reasonable price.
The installer did a great job making sure my newly painted floor didn't get scratched and his attention to installation details were second to none.

AAQ came with the highest recommendation, and having not dealt with them myself before, I can say they are the real deal. I ordered 2 x new hoists + installation, one HD overfloor and one HD clearfloor. Patrick and Kelly were easy to deal with, knowledgeable on their products, and promptly locked in install dates.

Mick came out to install each hoist and I was extremely happy with his professionalism and quality of work. He was organised, punctual and very efficient. Being a technical person myself, I am pretty picky with my equipment & in wanting things installed right, but I need not have worried as Mick is the real deal when it comes to installing hoists. Mick went over every nut and bolt with a fine tooth comb, ensured everything was greased up, adjusted and ready for service and provided thorough training on the use and maintenance of my new hoists. As far as service & install technicians go, they don't get much better than Mick.

The hoists themselves are extremely high quality and I am overall very pleased with my purchase. Very happy customer here and I will be back for future hoist needs. Don't buy cheap cowboy imported hoists off temporary companies - stick with a company that stands behind their products and provides exceptional service.

Danger, Do Not Operate. I have an unsafe car stacker that electricians refuse to connect. AAQ abandoned me because I left a one star review. What happened is that I paid for a car stacker plus $1,800 for installation. Their contract installers turned up and admitted they had never done one before. They tried for five days, then disappeared without a trace. There was no handover, no acceptance testing, and no permanent electrical cabling (the installers used an extension cord!). I emailed AAQ and asked has there been a misunderstanding? Are you sending an electrician to complete the installation? I got no reply. So I called Patrick Coffey directly. He bluntly said they don't do electrical work, he said it was in their quote. I checked. there's nothing in their quote, in their invoice or their emails about that. The other suppliers quotes included all cabling and installation. AAQ left that out to make their quote look more competitive. Also, Patrick doesn't like it if you swear at him. So I left a one star review to warn others.

September 2020 update … My electrician ran the cabling but wouldn’t connect power until AAQ confirmed the unit had been commissioned and had a compliance certificate. Patrick refused. He said he wouldn’t cooperate any further because I gave him a one star google review. He told me I had to pay extra for his installers to come back to test & commission the unit. Then he hung up on me.

I rang back. I wanted to know if the machine was safe. Have the stops been set properly or will it send a car through the roof? Will it physically harm the users? Is there a manual with operating instructions? Is there a maintenance schedule? Oops, Patrick admitted there is an operating manual, but AAQ didn’t give me one. Apparently, you have to ask. He didn't answer the other questions. He hung up again.

My electrician checked with his inspector and the inspector insisted that a Do Not Operate Tag was put on the machine. It is now in the hands of the authorities. I've spent nearly $10,000 for supply and installation. Its week four and I’ve never seen it operate. AAQ has abandoned me. Patrick said there’s no point in helping me further because I’ve already given a one-star review. It’s not tested, it’s not set up, there’s no manual and no compliance certificate. This is going to get ugly.

After recently having our 6th Hoist installed from AAQ. We are happy to say, we have always received great service, ontime and good value for money. If we had more room, we would have more hoists. Thank you.

So I decided to buy a two post lift, but my garage ceiling is only 2.3 m high so I went with a mid rise lift. But which one, I looked around and found two main suppliers in Oz, Advanced Autoquip in Bassendean and a company in Qld. As I live in Perth I made contact with AAQ and they had an AUTOLIFT 167212E in stock. It looked to be well made so that was the one for me. A few days later I had it on a trailer and home.

Because my garage floor was not thick enough I had to lay a strip of new concrete but it was worth it. The lift is now in and working, see pic attached. It is well made, easy to use, smooth in operation and most importantly sturdy and safe. Makes work on the car so easy. A very happy AAQ customer and nice to deal with a local company.

I have had a fantastic experience with Advance AutoQuip! The sales staff were very helpful with my selection of 2 post and 4 post hoists .The fitters were very professional and had the hoists up and running in a matter of hours. Thank you very much!
