Given the current rental crisis. Peard Real Estate went above and beyond expectations when enquiring with them about rental properties the application process was a breeze and the staff made everything so easy during a stressful time of moving back to Karratha. Staff are awesome and the customers service is 110%. Best real estate I have had to date. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have lived in Karratha since 2013 and rented with different Real Estate Agents for nearly 4 years and above and can say that Peard Real Estate, Karratha is one of the BEST. I have been a Bank Manager so I know what service is about especially to the Locals. Madyson Laver and her team has provided me with top service especially when I was literally forced to vacate after renting for nearly 5 years , where loyalty did not mean much to the previous real estate agent, who were greedy and not professional. Thanks to Stacey Charles as well. CONSISTENT AND TOP SERVICE. They always accomodate my need especially during inspections and very prompt in replying . This is a little overdue but I wanted to thank Phil Sazon and the team for getting my small business a staff house with excellent speed and co-operation. It was the best priced spacious house and they were moved in within a week of applying! Quite a save when they were staying in $4000 A WEEK accomodation because of the size of their family and Karratha prices. Can't thank the team and Phil enough, highly recommend.

Originally I had an extremely good relationship with the manager, he helped me find a property and then he managed it for me.
He retired and now a new manager, Madyson and her sales Manager Stacy, have taken charge.
I could not be happier with them.
I have great inpection reports, prompt mantenance, great rental negotiations and she keeps me informed with what is happening.
