INCOMPETENCE and NO REAL DESIRE TO SERVICE. I made two phone calls and waited 20 mins to be hung up on. The second was a ten minute wait and then I was hang up on. The messages on the phone says use the website but the website wants the expiry date of my licence WHICH I'M TRYING TO FIND OUT! So, the website is no help. DofT, as with many other services, work hard to give nothing and we continue to pay despite no service.

The last I dealt with was friendly enough. She however didn’t give me all the information I requested the first time I went in, so the second time I went in to finalise things didn’t end up being my last time, I was called and ask to come in again with more information which was incredibly inconvenient and has now delayed my licence which will be another inconvenience. My second encounter with DOT since moving to WA and my second ‘shake my head’ moment, how do these people get the job if they are so incompetent?

what a rubbish web site to simply make a change of address.' I am not a robot '.........neither am I interested in nonsense pictures. You probably get more abuse on the web than if you just allowed people to interact properly.
First it says pick the photos with street numbers...some of which look like they're on brick wall or pieces of cardboard, then a request to look at more photos and pick the rivers. There seems to be lakes and canals involved but how do we know? All I want to do is change my address, you can get plenty of mind games from the Apple store.
