Good speakers and excelent service!
Could pick up the speakers outside of the opening hours after comunicating with the staff.
Also had no extra charge, when I gave the speakers back one day late!

We used Power AV for our annual Leisure Toga party at UWA and I cannot think of a single negative comment about them. They act with upmost professionalism, well priced, efficient, and overall a pleasure to deal with. Anthony and Dave consistently go above and beyond, and Daniel and the other gents were exceptional for bump in/out.

I can’t recommend them enough and we’ll certainly be using them next year!

We hired a speaker and two microphones for our outdoor wedding ceremony in a park. Despite neither of us being particularly technology savy, the equipment was simple to set up and easy to use.
We played music through a bluetooth connected phone and without access to power at the park, the speaker lasted the whole 2 and a half hours we needed.
Dave very patiently and thoroughly talked us through how to use the equipment on pick up.
Pick up and drop off process very simple and easy.
Could not recommend the team at Power AV more.

I've been hiring from Power Music for years for my events company and always had an exceptional experience. Anthony and his staff go over and above every time. My last hire was a perfect example of this. Having a young baby and unable to collect the equipment, Anthony arranged for an easier and closer pick-up location and was super flexible with the return of it after the event. This kind of generosity and customer service is almost unheard of these days and is so appreciated. I've called them on numerous occasions for audio-visual advice and they always help as much as possible. I recommend them wholeheartedly and other businesses would do well to take a leaf out of their book when it comes to customer service. Absolutely top notch.

We hired a iPod pack for a wedding.

The team at Power Music were fantastic. Explained how to set all the equipment up for the day and also helped us to choose lighting that was appropriate for the venue.

The sound quality was fantastic on the day and the team was also able to accommodate extra time for us to set it up before the day.

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the service was not professional. We hired speakers for a birthday party. First, they did not prepare the speakers for us when we arrived even though we called twice that week. Second, they gave us a faulty mixer cord that did not work. Finally, they gave us a mixer that did not work. We had to take three trips to the place during the day because of the broken equipment. It was very stressful and an unnecessary waste of time.

(EDIT: Anthony gave us half of our money back after our complaint. It was nice to see our complaint taken seriously and dealt with in a professional manner.)

Super helpful staff. When I arrived to pick everything up the guy made a huge effort to make sure I understood how everything worked, and thankfully he did because i didnt realise i needed run my mp3s through RekordBox to ensure when i plugged my USB into the CDJ that all the track data was visible on the CDJ. Went above and beyond. Much appreciated.
