Came to Three Springs a couple of days ago and when I see a country town with a butcher still going I make it a point to go support that butcher.
The pork mignons my friend were to die for
Had them tonight like you recommended 30minutes in the air fryer and jeez they came out great . Great price too .

Doesn't matter what cut you prefer, you are going to find Rossiter & Co very much to your liking. Steak melts in your mouth, pork is tender and delicious, lamb is just perfect and the sausages are the best. Take a look. I know I always find something that husband and I love.

Purchased a couple of kilos of mince and two Tbones here Last week. The mince was fantastic in our tacos. The Tbones! ... up there with the best I've tasted. Highly recommend this Butcher for top quality and friendly service.
