Another historic and natural beauty place spoiled by people who can't seem to find the rubbish bins and drivers who use the roads as race tracks. Leave these attitudes at home please people.
Lovely quiet spot with walking tracks and picnic spots.

As always when in the area a visit to the Mundairing Weir is a must. Also go to the Golden Lookout, a leisurely walk of about 1 hour or by car, 10 minutes. The views of the dam and the weir are spectacular. There are no fees and bookings required. Just keep in mind that the Weir gates will close at 6pm.

Impressive Dam and Reservoir.
We stopped to take a look and take some photos.
There's a public toilet and two small car parks.
I believe that there's a tour of the pump room, but it was closed whilst we visited. Check the website for details.
