I prefer to larger Coles even though I have further to travel. Great staff, always helpful. PLEASE don't cut back on check out staff though. Many of your customers prefer this service.

Would of been nice to enter and leave the store without having to put up with the 3 smartarses in purple allowed to set up to sell or take money. Can't I just go shopping in peace without being hassled B4 I even get in the door

Not sure if he works anymore but every Monday morning a fantastic trolley guy would work. He would always go out of his way to pick up trolleys and even take from the car. I’ve never see a person with more enthusiasm for his job, if he still works there please give him a pay rise mad vibes xx

If you see this trolley guy in the person in the jeep with pink plates mad respect, I hope you have a fantastic life you deserve it.

Also another lady who works Monday morning who use to work on the self check out but now always see her stocking meat. She’s great and also deserves a raise.

Great staff… kinda sucks I have to get a 100k loan out just to pay for groceries even tho y’all making billions a year. Also I really don’t like the new system in self check me and my partner use to pass the items through and I pack them now we keep getting beeped for to many hands… really messed our system and now one of us has to awkwardly stand aside. And also nobody would steal if y’all didn’t jack your prices

The service provided by 2 female assistants is way below standards. 1 I have made complains about on 2 occasions, the other just asked the assistant if I was the only one who has to pack their own bags when using checkouts while they packed the bags for customers before and after myself. Now I'm shopping at alde to do just that and save on groceries. I live next door to Coles in Swan View but have to travel to the alde store.
