I'm perhaps one of the lucky ones. All my parcels have been delivered quickly through this facility. I'm 90mins north of Perth so maybe that is a variable. And maybe parcels/boxes are quicker than mail? In any case friends, there is hope yet for this place!

Why has my parcel spent 6 days at Boora Wangkiny Mia/Welshpool. Every parcel that arrives there goes into hibernation. If it goes via Perth Airport it's here the next day. I understand it's a newish automated centre so it really should be better than this

After looking up the word Boorna Wankiny Mia to find it’s an aboriginal name for the Australia Post Facility in Welshpool.It has been stuck there for a couple of days why I’ll never know. My small parcel was suppose to be here Tuesday 2 or Wednesday 3 March,2025. Maybe Australia Post are waiting to give it to me at Christmas as a great service they don’t have!! After reading all the reviews I can see I’m not the only one p——-sd with Australia Post Service!! Oh! I live in Rivervale about 15mins away!!

I'm waiting in Victoria for my package it went to the Perth airport and then went to some weirdly named distribution centre instead of being put on the plane. It's been at the Born Kinky distribution centre a few days now. Seems Australia Post is more interested in giving their distribution centres weird names than getting parcels delivered on time.

Would give this Australia Post facility zero stars if I could. My parcel originated from the east coast, arrived at this facility in Welshpool, sat there for 5 days, then instead of delivering it to me locally, it got sent back to the east coast!!!!! What the heck. Are there robots or humans running this place? Australia Post lift your game!!!

Simple parcel was supposed to go from nsw to qld. 4 weeks and counting, still haven't received this item. I can't fathom why on earth it got sent here, it literally had to fly past its destination to end up in this black hole. Pretty sure this is just a way for AP to not pay out insured parcels if they have been lost or stolen.

Parcel was scanned into this center and stayed there for 2 weeks before they would look into it's location. They couldn't find it and lost it. Seems like this happens a lot at this place, parcels just go missing.
I really hope I don't have another parcel go through this place and it's a different Australia Post, I can see why this place has terrible reviews

2 1/2 days for my parcel to go from the middle of the USA to Perth, 2 days in customs. . . . 14 days to get from Perth to Karratha, even though I paid a small fortune for fast postage
