Gave them two small bags of bolts on the 9th of October to be plated and was told they would take 10 days, hadn't heard from them by mid November so called past on a day off to collect the parts and they hadn't been started, even worse they had misplaced the parts and spent 40 minutes helping look for them with the workers. Was promised they would be done by the end of that week and I'd hear from them once they were completed. Still no contact on the 1st of December so called past to collect them a second time and they still haven't been finished, effectively wasting just short of two months of my time.
