Really bad customer service, the lady that works there was unpleasant and didn't want to sell me ballons without me blowing it up with helium. I told her that I needed them blown up at a different time and at a store which is closer to me. She sold them to me but didn't allow me to purchase any other ballons, crazy.

I placed a phone order for some balloons for my sons birthday, a number, novelty balloon plus 3 latex balloons. Delivered on Thursday for a Friday party. On Saturday afternoon still floating as they were on Thursday when delivered.
It was very easy to deal with PP OP, particularly as over the phone. Even more impressed that balloons still floating!

I purchased a helium tank from Party Plus on Saturday for a party, along with several packs of balloons and other items. It was the tank which was on display in the front of the store, and when the sales assistant suggest I take that one, I agreed as it was conveniently located close to the door and I wouldn't have far to carry it. When I arrived back at the venue and I started to blow up the balloons, the tank filled five balloons before it was empty. I called the store and explained what had happened, and they told me to bring it back in so they could assess the tank. My husband had to do this as I was setting up for the party, and when he reached the store, he was told that there weren't any more tanks. Why this could not have been mentioned while I was on the phone to the store is beyond me. I understand that faults can occur, but it's the follow up that really irritated me. Instead of the sales assistant apologising for the inconvenience caused by the company and immediately offering a refund, they have refused to apologise, and only refunded the money after I have called and asked for it. The excuse for not apologising is "many things could be the reason for the tank being empty and it's not our fault." This arrogance and lack of customer service is the reason why I will NEVER shop at Party Plus again.

Disappointed with the service I received today. As my sale was being put through, I was declined the item by another staff member. The reason being, the item was low stock and could only be sold if inflated in store. I was happy to have my balloon inflated, only then to be told it was already put aside for other orders.

As an alternative, I wanted to purchase ONE clear balloon un-inflated. Since latex is more fragile, I didn’t want it inflated whilst travelling. Again, I was denied the sale of the balloon on its own.

Disappointing that a balloon store won’t sell you balloons unless the customer pays extra to have it inflated in store. With the prices already high, you’d hope the store would be more accomodating.

I hoped that the store would be more helpful, given their mistake and confusion caused. Instead, I left the store empty handed and upset with the attitude I was given by staff.

Overpriced, at least double what you would pay online, and more expensive than other party/balloon places. The staff aren't particularly friendly and their customer service is limited. They have some interesting little policies that you don't find out about until its too late, like their 'strictly no refunds' policy.
And if you hire party equipment from them and come to pick it up, don't expect anyone to help you get the stuff to your car because its against their policy to do so. They will, quite literally, point you in the direction of your hire equipment, or place it just outside the door for you to lug to your car. So don't arrive pregnant, or with kids in tow, expecting to get any help moving trestle tables.
I would look somewhere else for your party supplies, I certainly won't be going back.

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Table Ballooons and helium balloons were pretty and to my colouring.
My family and friends commented how gorgeous they were. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much
